Account Fees
| A maintenance fee of $6.00 will be charged each month. |
| A per item fee of $.06 will be charged for each debit, credit, and deposit item
during a statement cycle. |
| We will credit back $.25 per $100.00 of the average collected balance to be applied against your maintenance fees and per
item charges. If the credit back is greater than the monthly fees, there will be no service charge for the month and no carry forward of the credit back. |
